“BRAVO! If there were TEN stars, I would give them. Valter and his crew just finished our GORGEOUS new driveway and patio just FIVE days after starting (on time and on budget). Seriously, I've never had a project go so smoothly. It started with his bid (very reasonable), and I almost hugged him on the spot. Secondly, they showed up a couple of days later and demolished
my hideous driveway and ugly brick accent in about six hours. They also removed all the rubble THAT DAY. Next they began grading the new surface and laying the (beautiful) new pavers immediately. It's day 5 and they're DONE except for the landscaping. It all starts with Valter, an artistic guy who means what he says and says what he means. I can't give a higher recommendation. His business partner JoAnn is really good with steel and really put my mind at ease. I built the framing myself for my outdoor kitchen and she never tried to sell me on redoing my work. She looked at my structure and confirmed I built everything properly.
Valter and his crew were extremely professional, cleaned up after themselves every day and were extremely reasonable on price. I recommend his services to anyone. As a kicker, just recently a couple of my coping stones came loose a year after install and I gave Valter a call. He immediately came over and fixed them. No charge, no complaints from him. His pricing was very reasonable for all the work that was done.
He and his crew showed up everyday on time...even during one of the longest heat waves in LA history. In fact, it only took them about 3 1/2 weeks from demolition to completion.
The result is a beautiful, large patio and fireplace, already giving us joy to celebrate small and 'WHOOSH' large events.
